• Answer: We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, Western Union, and PayPal. For the first cooperation, we usually require a 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. For regular customers, terms are negotiable.

• Answer: For standard models (like KA8E, 1213D, KU8000S), the delivery time is around 3-7 working days. For non-standard or customized models, it usually takes 15-25 working days depending on the configuration.

4. How about your guarantee? If the machine has a problem after the warranty period, what should we do?

• Answer: All machines come with a 1-year warranty (excluding consumable parts such as programming sockets and probes). After the warranty period, we still provide lifetime technical support and spare parts at the lowest cost. Any problems, just contact us – we will guide you to fix it remotely or send replacement parts.

12. How do you ship the machine? Is it safe for international shipping?
