• Answer: For standard models (like KA8E, 1213D, KU8000S), the delivery time is around 3-7 working days. For non-standard or customized models, it usually takes 15-25 working days depending on the configuration.

4. How about your guarantee? If the machine has a problem after the warranty period, what should we do?

• Answer: All machines come with a 1-year warranty (excluding consumable parts such as programming sockets and probes). After the warranty period, we still provide lifetime technical support and spare parts at the lowest cost.
