KA42-3000 – Automatic Tape Programming Machine
The KA42-3000 is a high-performance automatic tape programming machine designed for tape in, tape out (reel to reel) mass production programming. Equipped with a linear motor drive, 6 programming stations, and 2 vacuum nozzles, it achieves up to 3500 UPH, making it ideal for high-volume tape IC programming where both throughput and precision are critical.
It supports QFN, SOP, SSOP, TSSOP, SON, QFP packages, with a standard feeder for 12-16mm tape width (optional 8-32mm, custom widths available).
